QUICK CRAB OR LOBSTER BISQUE 
1 can tomato soup
1 can cream of pea soup
1 soup can cream or milk
Butter to taste
1/2 lb. cooked crabmeat, lobster or canned crab
Salt & pepper
2 oz. sherry or dry white wine
Parsley & seasoned croutons (opt.)

Mix first 7 ingredients together and cook on low heat until hot. When serving, sprinkle parsley and croutons over servings.
