LOBSTER BISQUE 
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 c. milk
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 1/2 c. cubed cooked lobster
2 tbsp. sherry
1/4 tsp. salt

Cook onion in butter until tender. Add milk and cream cheese. Cook stirring occasionally until cheese is melted. Add remaining ingredients. Heat and serve.
