MEXICAN NACHOS | |
1/2 lb. Mexican Velveeta, cubed 1/3 c. chopped onion 2 tbsp. milk 1 (16 oz.) bag Doritos 2 c. shredded lettuce 1 c. chopped tomato 1/2 c. olive slices Combine cheese spread, onion, milk in saucepan. Stir over low heat until cheese is melted. Cover serving platter with chips, top with lettuce, tomatoes, olives, and cheese spread mixture. 4-6 servings. |
