MEXICAN WEDDING COOKIES 
1 c. soft butter
1 c. confectioners sugar
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. flour
1/2 c. chopped nuts
Confectioners sugar

Combine butter, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Cream and mix in flour. Shape into 1 inch balls. Flatten on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes. Roll in confectioners sugar while hot. Cool and roll in sugar again.
