CHIVES SAUCE 
3/4 c. catsup
1/4 c. whipping cream
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. finely chopped fresh or frozen chives
1/2 tsp. hot sauce
Pinch of soda

Combine all ingredients in container of electric blender; blend on low speed 1 minute or until smooth. Refrigerate 2 to 3 hours. Yield: about 1 cup.
