SOUR CREAM 'N CHIVE BISCUITS 
2 c. Bisquick baking mix
1 c. dairy sour cream OR
3/4 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. dried chives

Mix all ingredients until dough forms; beat 30 seconds. Turn onto surface dusted with baking mix; gently roll in baking mix to coat. Shape into ball. Knead 10 times. Roll 1/2 inch thick. Cut with 2 inch cutter dipped in baking mix. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet until brown in 450 degree oven 8 to 10 minutes. Serves 12.
