SOUR CREAM BISCUITS 
1 c. flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 c. milk

Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Sift dry ingredients together first. Add sour cream and milk. Knead light and roll out to 1/2 inch thickness. Cut and bake on ungreased pan for about 12 minutes.

Makes 12 biscuits. Delicious for ham biscuits for a party.
