TWINKIE CAKE 
1 box of Twinkies + 2 extras
2 boxes French vanilla pudding (instant)
2 boxes frozen strawberries
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lg. Cool Whip
Cherries (opt.)
Nuts (opt.)

In medium saucepan put strawberries and cornstarch. Cook, stirring constantly until thickened. Let cool. Make pudding and refrigerate for 2 hours. Cut Twinkies long way in 9 1/2" x 14" baking pan. Pour pudding over Twinkies, then pour strawberry mixture over pudding. Spread Cool Whip over top. If using cherries and nuts, sprinkle over entire mixture. Keep refrigerated.
