TERIYAKI CHICKEN KABOBS 
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. salad oil
2 tsp. ground ginger
2 tsp. dry mustard
6 cloves, minced
1 1/2 lbs. chicken, cubed
Mushrooms
1 can chunk pineapple
1 lg. green pepper, cut into bite-size pieces

Marinate all but mushrooms for 1/2 hour. Add mushrooms. Spear kabobs.

Cook on grill or under broiler 7 minutes on each side, or until chicken is done.
