GOLDEN GRANOLA 
3 c. quick or old fashioned oats
1 c. shredded or flaked coconut
1 c. coarsely chopped nuts
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. butter, melted
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 c. raisins

Combine all ingredients except raisins in ungreased 13 x 9 inch baking pan; mix well. Bake in preheated 350 degree oven for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown, stirring occasionally. Stir in raisins. Cool thoroughly, store in tightly covered container in cool dry place or in refrigerator. Makes 6 cups granola.

Microwave: Combine all ingredients except raisins in 11 x 7 inch baking dish, microwave at high for 8-10 minutes. Stir after every 2 minutes or cooking. Stir in raisins.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
