GOLDEN CURRIED CHICKEN 
8 boneless chicken breasts
1/4 c. butter
1/3 c. honey
1/4 c. Dijon mustard
2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 sm. clove garlic, crushed
2 tsp. curry powder
1 tsp. salt

Butter 9 x 13 inch baking dish. Arrange chicken in dish. Melt butter. Add all ingredients and whisk smooth. Pour over chicken, cover with foil. Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Uncover and baste with sauce occasionally while baking until chicken is done and juice runs clear. About 1 hour. Serve with hot rice or cooked noodles.
