SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
MEATBALLS:

1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3/4 c. oats
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion
2 tbsp. milk

SAUCE:

1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1 tbsp. vinegar
1 tbsp. Worcestershire

Mix ingredients for meatballs. Brown meatballs until cooked (can be done in microwave for 8 to 10 minutes). Make sauce. Pour sauce over meatballs. Simmer until hot. NOTE: The longer you allow these to simmer, the more flavorful they will be. Leftovers can be frozen.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
