SWEDISH MEATBALLS | |
MEATBALLS: 1 1/2 lb. ground beef 3/4 c. oats 1/2 tsp. salt 1/2 tsp. garlic salt 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/4 c. onion 2 tbsp. milk SAUCE: 1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1 tbsp. vinegar 1 tbsp. Worcestershire Mix ingredients for meatballs. Brown meatballs until cooked (can be done in microwave for 8 to 10 minutes). Make sauce. Pour sauce over meatballs. Simmer until hot. NOTE: The longer you allow these to simmer, the more flavorful they will be. Leftovers can be frozen. |
