SWEDISH MEATBALLS 
1 lb. Ground Beef
1/4 c. Bread Crumbs
1 Egg slightly beaten
1/4 c. chopped Onion
1 tsp. chopped Parsley
Dash of Pepper
1 can Tomato Soup
1/4 c. Water

Mix all ingredients except soup and water. Shape into balls and brown. Pour off grease. Add soup and water.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes.

Stir often.
