QUICK BROCCOLI CASSEROLE 
1 pkg. broccoli, cooked and drained
2 c. cooked Minute rice
1 can creamy chicken mushroom soup
1 sm. can white meat chicken
1/2 c. chopped onion
1 c. cubed Velveeta cheese
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
Dash of Worcestershire
Salt and pepper

Toss warm rice and broccoli lightly, adding cheese. Mix soup, meat, onion and butter. Blend into rice-broccoli and pour into lightly buttered casserole dish. Top with grated cheese and buttered bread crumbs or crackers. Bake at 350 degrees until lightly browned and bubbly (about 20-30 minutes).
