QUICK AND EASY CASSEROLE 
1 lb. ground meat, brown & season with salt & pepper
1/2 c. celery, chopped
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 can celery soup
1 pkg. frozen potato balls

Brown meat. Salt and pepper. Add celery and onions. Cook slowly for 5 minutes. Add can of undiluted celery soup and mix well. Put the mixture in a casserole and place frozen potato balls on the top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350 degrees. Yield: 6 servings.
