QUICK BEEF CASSEROLE IN GRAVY 
1 1/2 lbs. of chopped meat
1 lg. onion, diced
2 tbsp. butter
3 eggs, lightly beaten
2 beef bouillon cubes dissolved in 2 c. water
1 can of mushroom pieces
2 tbsp. soy sauce
1 lg. pkg. of broccoli stalks or chopped
1/3 c. cornstarch dissolved in water
Salt and pepper
1 (12 oz.) pkg. of egg noodles cooked or cooked rice

In a large skillet, saute onion in butter. Add chopped meat and brown. Drain most of pan drippings. Push meat to sides of pan and stir in beaten eggs and scramble into small pieces, then stir into the meat.

Add bouillon cubes dissolved in water, mushrooms and broccoli; simmer for 10 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch dissolved in water and seasoned with salt and pepper. Add soy sauce. Serve over cooked rice or egg noodles.
