BARBECUE BEEF SANDWICHES 
3 lb. beef chuck roast
1 onion, chopped
1 sm. bottle ketchup
1/4 c. Worcestershire sauce
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. Accent
2 tbsp. brown sugar
Dash of garlic salt
2 tsp. dry mustard

Mix all sauce ingredients well. Pour over beef in a large baking dish. Cover and bake 5 hours at 300 degrees. Remove beef (SAVE SAUCE). After beef cools, shred beef and place back in sauce.

Reheat when ready to serve. Serve on hamburger rolls. Can be kept hot in a crock pot.
