BARBECUED BEEF SANDWICHES 
2 lbs. hamburger
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 c. unsulphured molasses
1/4 c. prepared mustard
2 tbsp. Worcestershire
1/4 tsp. Tabasco (optional)
1 c. catsup

Brown meat, drain off fat. Mix molasses and mustard, then add spices and catsup. Add sauce to cooked hamburger.

Stretches hamburger. Great served on hot dog rolls to children and on hamburger rolls with slices of onion to adults.
