CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. ground beef
2 med. onions, chopped
1 c. green pepper, chopped
1 (1 lb. 12 oz.) can tomatoes
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 tsp. chili powder
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. cayenne pepper
1/8 tsp. paprika
1 (15 1/2 oz.) can drained kidney beans

Cook and stir ground beef, onion and green pepper in large skillet until meat is brown and onion is tender. Drain off fat. Stir in remaining ingredients except kidney beans. Heat to boiling. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 2 hours. Stir occasionally. Stir in beans; heat. 4 or 5 (1 cup) servings.
