CHILI CON CARNE 
1 lb. pinto beans, dried
1 c. diced onion
3/4 c. diced celery
6 oz. tomato paste
6 c. water for beans
1 lb. ground beef, browned
1 lg. can tomatoes
1 chicken bouillon cube
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cumin
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 1/2 tbsp. chili powder
Garlic

Soak beans in water overnight. Drain beans, reserving 1 cup liquid. Alternate beans with remaining ingredients in crockpot. Add reserve liquid.

Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours or until beans are the desired consistency.
