RHUBARB BREAD 
1 1/2 c. brown sugar
2/3 c. oil
1 egg
1 c. sour milk
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. rhubarb
1/2 c. chopped nuts

TOPPING:

1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. butter

Combine in order given. Pour into 2 greased and floured bread pans. Sprinkle topping on the top. Bake at 325 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes. SOUR MILK: Add 2 tablespoons vinegar to 1 cup milk.
