HAMBURGER VEGETABLE HOTDISH 
1 1/2 lbs. hamburgers
1/2 c. finely chopped celery
1/2 c. finely chopped onion
1/4 c. finely chopped green pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 c. sour cream
1 can corn
1 can peas (optional)
1 (12 oz.) pkg. fine egg noodles
1 c. potato chip crumbs

Saute onions, celery, green pepper in 1 tablespoon butter until quite tender. Add hamburger and brown. Add rest to cooked noodles. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Last 15 minutes top with potato chip crumbs.
