HAMBURGER DRESSING HOTDISH 
2 1/2 lb. lean hamburger
Salt and pepper to taste
1 sm. onion, chopped fine
1 c. celery, cut up fine
1 sm. onion, cut up fine

Mix thoroughly hamburger, salt and pepper, and onion; press lightly in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Sprinkle seasoned dressing croutons on top of meat.

Sprinkle celery and onion over croutons. Mix 1 can cream of mushroom soup, 1 can cream of chicken soup, 1 can cream of celery soup and 1 can evaporated milk in blender or mixer and pour over dressing mixture. Bake in 350 degree oven, uncovered, for 1 hour. Let set a few minutes before serving. Serves 6-8.
