HAMBURGER VEGETABLE HOTDISH 
1 lb. hamburger
1 sm. onion, chopped
Salt and pepper to taste
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can vegetable soup
1 can peas
3 med. potatoes

Brown hamburger with onions. Season with salt and pepper. Peel and slice potatoes thin. Mix all together and bake in a casserole (covered) for 1 1/2 hours at 350 degrees.
