BUTTERMILK PECAN CHICKEN 
1/3 c. butter
1 c. all-purpose flour
1 c. pecans, ground
1/4 c. sesame seeds
1 tbsp. paprika
1 1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 c. buttermilk
1 chicken fryer, cut up

Melt butter in 1 (13"x9"x2") baking dish; set aside. Combine flour and next 5 ingredients. Combine eggs and buttermilk. Dip chicken pieces in egg mixture and dredge in flour. Place chicken in pan, coating with butter, sprinkling with pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
