COCONUT POUND CAKE 
1 pkg. Duncan Hines White Cake Mix
3/4 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar
3/4 c. vegetable oil
6 eggs
1 small bottle coconut extract (save 1 tsp.)

Icing:

1/2 stick butter
3 tbsp. milk
1/2 (1 lb.) box confectioners' sugar
1 tsp. coconut extract

Mix together first six ingredients.

Bake in tubed pan one hour at 300°F. Cream together butter, milk, confectioners' sugar and 1 tsp. coconut flavoring. Add this icing mixture to cake while still warm.
