LAYERED STRAWBERRY CRACKER
DESSERT
 
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. or 1 (8 oz.) pkg. strawberry flavored gelatin
2 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 pt. strawberries
2 tbsp. sugar
3 1/2 c. (8 oz.) non-dairy whipped topping, thawed
18 graham cracker squares

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water. Add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Meanwhile, slice strawberries, reserving a few whole berries for garnish. Sprinkle sliced strawberries with sugar. Fold whipped topping into gelatin, blending well and then fold in sliced strawberries. Place 9 graham crackers in bottom of 9 inch square pan. Spread half of gelatin mixture over crackers. Repeat layers. Chill until firm. Cut into squares. Garnish with whole strawberries.
