CASHEW CHICKEN CASSEROLE 
1 (3 oz.) can chow mein noodles
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. water
1 sm. can boned chicken
1/4 lb. cashews
1/2 c. diced celery
1/4 c. minced onions
Salt & Pepper to taste

Heat oven to 325 degrees. Set aside 1/2 cup chow mein noodles. In 1 1/2 quart casserole, combine remaining noodles with soup, water, chicken, nuts, celery, onion, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with reserved noodles and bake 40 minutes, uncovered.
