RUSSIAN SAUERKRAUT 
1 lb. ground beef
1 green pepper, chopped
Onion, chopped
1 lb. can tomatoes
1 lg. can sauerkraut or 1 sm. bag
16 oz. sour cream

Brown hamburger with onions and green pepper. Drain and add tomatoes. Cook until heated through. Add sour cream just before serving. Carefully stir in sauerkraut last. This dish is even better the next day. Serves 4-6 people.
