MACAROON COOKIES 
2 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. flour
1/4 tsp. baking powder
1/8 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. butter, melted
2 2/3 c. flaked coconut
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. chocolate chips

Beat eggs until foamy and light in color. Add sugar 2 tablespoons at a time, beating constantly until mixture is thickened, about 5 minutes. Fold in flour, baking powder and salt. Then butter. Stir in coconut and vanilla and chocolate chips. Drop by teaspoons onto greased and floured cookie sheets. Bake at 325 degrees for about 12 to 15 minutes. Remove from oven, let stand a few seconds and remove from baking sheet.
