LOLLIPOPS 
18 lollipop sticks
1/4 c. butter
1/2 c. light corn syrup
3/4 c. sugar
Few drops of food color & flavor

In heavy quart saucepan combine butter, corn syrup and sugar. Heat to boiling, stirring frequently to 270 degrees on candy thermometer. Arrange lollipop sticks on lightly greased baking sheet. When candy reaches 270 degrees, stir in food coloring and flavoring. Drop by tablespoons over end of each stick. Cool lollipops thoroughly before removing from baking sheet.
