EASY HAM-MAC BAKE 
1 (7 1/2 oz.) pkg. macaroni and cheese dinner mix
1 (6 3/4 oz.) can chunk-style ham, drained
1 c. cottage cheese
2 tbsp. sliced green onions
1/2 c. sour cream
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. dry mustard
3/4 c. soft bread crumbs (1 slice)
2 tbsp. Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp. butter
1 tbsp. parsley

Prepare macaroni mix as directed. Stir in ham, cottage cheese, sour cream, green onions, salt and mustard. Turn mixture into 1 1/2-quart casserole dish. Combine crumbs and Parmesan cheese, parsley and melted butter. Spoon over mixture. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Makes 5-6 servings.
