BAKED BRUNCH OMELET | |
12 eggs 8 slices white bread 4 c. milk 1 c. picante sauce 1 1/2 c. chopped onions 3-4 cans drained mushrooms 4 c. chopped ham 1 bunch broccoli 1 green pepper 3 c. grated Cheddar cheese Salt & pepper to taste 1. Mix together the night before and refrigerate. 2. Put in lasagne pan or shallow 4 quart roasting pan. 3. Bake 1-1 1/2 hours at 325-350 degrees. 4. Tests for being done are the same as for a cake - knife inserted in the middle comes out clean and it bounces back when patted. |
