EGG BAKE, A BRUNCH ITEM 
12 slices bread, cubed
12 eggs
4 c. milk
1 lb. meat (cooked bacon, crumbled, sausage, crumbled or diced ham)
2 c. shredded Swiss cheese
2 tsp. dry mustard
2 tsp. salt

Put cubed bread in bottom of greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Mix all ingredients, pour over bread the night before and put in refrigerator. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
