HAM & CHEESE BRUNCH BAKE 
12 slices American cheese
6 slices ham (honey or baked)
12 slices bread
6 eggs
3 c. milk
1/2 stick butter
1 c. potato chips, crushed
1 tsp. dry mustard
To taste salt & pepper

Grease or spray with Pam a 10 x 13 inch pan. Cover bottom of pan with 6 slices of bread. On top of each slice of bread put 1 slice of cheese, one slice of ham, one slice of cheese and finish with second piece of bread.

In a bowl mix together eggs, milk, dry mustard and salt & pepper to taste. Pour over sandwiches and cover pan with foil. Refrigerate overnight. Before baking, sprinkle with crushed potato chips and drizzle with butter. Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
