HAM AND CHEESE PASTA SALAD
Tastes even better the next day after the flavors have had a chance to meld!

2 (3/4-inch thick) slabs deli ham or leftover baked ham (1/2 to 3/4 lb. total)
4 oz. cheddar cheese
1/2 red onion
1/2 green pepper
1 or 2 tomatoes
1/2 to 3/4 cup mayonnaise (your favorite)
2 tbsp. Italian dressing (I use Ken's)
1 (16 oz.) box pasta (works best with cellentani, rotini, or bowtie)

Cook pasta according to directions and drain well, rinsing with cold water to prevent over cooking.

Chop ham and cheese into small pieces. Chop onion and pepper into tiny pieces. Add all together with pasta in large bowl.

Mix in about 3/4 cup of mayonnaise, you may need more or less. Add in the Italian dressing, just a little for taste. Cut the tomato into small chunks mix in last.

Serve chilled. Enjoy!
