HUNGARIAN GOULASH 
1 lb. chuck steak
2 tsp. oil
2 onions, sliced
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb. tomatoes, chopped
4 tsp. paprika
Salt & pepper to taste

Trim meat and cut into cubes. Heat oil and brown meat on all sides. Add onions and green pepper and cook for 5 minutes. Add tomatoes and enough water to cover. Stir in paprika and season to taste with salt and pepper. Bring to boil, reduce heat, cover and simmer for 2 hours or until meat is tender. Add more water, if necessary.
