BULLDOG VICTORY CAKE 
2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. butter
1 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/2 c. hot water
2 slightly beaten eggs
1 c. buttermilk
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. red food color
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter and sugar together. Add vanilla and mix well. Beat in eggs. Melt chocolate chips with 1/2 cup hot water, stirring until chips melt. Cool. Beat into sugar mixture. Mix in red coloring.

Mix flour, soda, salt, cinnamon together. Alternate flour mixture and buttermilk into sugar mixture beginning and ending with dry ingredients. Pour into well greased and floured 13 x 9 inch baking pan. Top with the following topping.

TOPPING:

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/3 c. melted butter
1/2 c. semi-sweet chocolate chips
1/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. chopped pecans

Combine crumbs, brown sugar and butter. Mix well. Stir in chips and nuts, sprinkle over cake batter.

Grease 2 round cake pans, 9-inch size, and line with waxed paper. Pour batter into pans and bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.

Cool. Serve with whipped cream.
