CORN CASSEROLE 
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn with liquid
2 eggs
1/2 c. butter
1 box Jiffy cornbread mix
1/2 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese (or more)

Mix all ingredients together, except shredded cheese.

Bake at 350°F for 45 minutes. Half way through baking, top with shredded cheese. Return to oven for remaining time.
