GLAZED APRICOT CAKE 
1 lemon cake mix (2 layer size)
1/3 c. sugar
1 c. apricot nectar (canned or fresh)
1/2 c. oil
4 eggs

GLAZE:

1 c. powdered sugar
Juice of 1 lemon

Combine cake mix, sugar, nectar and oil in large bowl. Beat for 2 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Pour batter into greased and floured 10 1/2 inch tube (Bundt cake) or regular cake pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour or until cake springs back to the touch. Cool on rack for 15 minutes right side up. Remove from pan.

To Glaze: Blend powdered sugar and lemon juice together and pour over top and sides of warm cake.
