DELICIOUS STRAWBERRY CAKE 
1 box (env.) strawberry Jello
1 pkg. white cake mix
3/4 c. Wesson oil
4 eggs
1/4 c. water
1 c. chopped nuts
1 c. coconut
1 c. frozen strawberries, mashed (1 c. before mashed)

Mix dry ingredients (gelatin and cake mix). Add oil. Add eggs, one at a time, beating after each. Add water, strawberries, nuts and coconut. Continue beating for several minutes. Pour in a greased and floured tube pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.

ICING: Put 1 stick butter, 1 pound confectioners' sugar, 1 cup strawberries mashed and drained and 1 cup coconut in double boiler. Mix together and beat until thick enough to spread over warm cake. This makes a very pretty pink cake and it's deliciously moist.
