1 c. whole or jellied cranberry sauce 2 tsp. grated orange rind 2 tbsp. brown sugar 1/2 tsp. ginger 2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce 1/4 c. water Blend all ingredients in small pan. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Spoon over roasted or baked poultry during last 20-30 minutes of cooking. |
