CRANBERRY - GLAZED CHICKEN 
1 can (8 oz.) cranberry sauce
1/4 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. grated orange peel (opt.)
2 1/2 lbs. split chicken breasts
Salt & pepper
3/4 c. hot water
2 tbsp. butter
2 c. chicken flavor stuffing mix
1/4 c. water

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix cranberry sauce, 1/4 cup orange juice, 2 tablespoons butter and orange peel in saucepan; heat until smooth. Place chicken skin side up, in shallow 12 x 10 inch baking dish; sprinkle with salt and pepper. Brush with half the glaze. Bake 40 minutes.

Meanwhile, combine hot water and 2 tablespoons butter in bowl; stir until butter is melted. Add stuffing mix and 1/4 cup water, stir to moisten crumbs. Move chicken to ends of dish, spoon stuffing into center. Brush chicken with remaining glaze and bake 20 minutes longer.
