ORIENTAL MEATBALLS 
1 lb. lean ground beef
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can water chestnuts, drained and chopped
1/2 c. dry bread crumbs
1/3 c. milk
1 tbsp. soy sauce
1 egg
1 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 tsp. onion powder
1 3/4 c. bottle sweet sour sauce, or your favorite

Combine ground beef, water chestnuts, bread crumbs, milk, soy sauce, egg, garlic salt, and onion powder. Shape into balls using about 2 teaspoons mixture of each; place in 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake in 375 degree oven 10 minutes; add sweet sour sauce and bake until sauce is bubbly hot (10-15 minutes). Serve meatballs in sauce from chafing dish or fondue pot, or with rice or chow mein noodles.
