BEEF BURGUNDY 
1 1/2 lb. cubed beef
2 c. burgundy wine
Garlic salt
2 tbsp. flour
1 pkg. dry onion soup
1 c. water
1 (8 oz.) can sm. onions
1 (4 oz.) can drained mushrooms
Noodles

Combine wine and garlic salt. Pour over beef and let stand 2 hours. Drain and save liquid. Dry beef cubes. Heat oil in frying pan; add beef and brown. Remove beef to a baking dish. Stir flour into oil in frying pan. Add wine mixture, onion soup mix and water. Stir until mixture boils. Pour over beef, cover and bake at 300 degrees until tender. Add onions and mushrooms. Bake until vegetables are thoroughly heated. Serve on noodles.
