Boiled hen
2 sm. onions, chopped
3 stalks celery
2 sm. bell peppers
1 (10 inch) round corn bread
1 box Kellogg's Croutettes dressing mix
5 slices white bread
7 raw eggs, blended well in 1 qt. broth
3 chopped green onions

Simmer first 4 ingredients in 1 cup broth with 1 stick butter. Add corn bread, dressing mix, and white bread. Second day, add eggs and onions. Add meat of hen to dressing. Bake at 350 degrees. Do not over bake.
