NAPPA CABBAGE TURKEY AND ORANGE
SALAD
 
2 cups nappa cabbage, shredded
1 medium orange, peeled, pitted and dices
1/2 cup red onion, chopped
2 tbsp. orange juice
1 1/2 roasted skinless turkey
2 tbsp. hoisin sauce
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar

Combine cabbage, orange, onion and turkey; in a salad bowl. Stir together hoisin sauce, vinegar and orange juice in a small cup; pour over salad and toss gently until well coated.

Makes 2 - 1/2 cup servings.
