BEEF SALAD | |
3 lbs. lean beef cubes 1 jar Heinz sweet pickle relish 5 hard cooked eggs Miracle Whip salad dressing to moisten Cook beef cubes until tender, 1 - 1 1/2 hours. Allow to cool (I refrigerate them overnight for best results in grinding). Using electric blender, grind several cubes at a time and then deposit in large bowl. After all meat is ground. Add 1 jar pickle relish and 5 hard-cooked eggs that have been processed in blender under chop. Mix all 3 ingredients until blended well and add salad dressing to moisten. Delicious on kaiser rolls. |
