1 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 c. butter, melted
3/4 c. chopped walnuts
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. confectioners' sugar
1 (16 oz.) container whipped topping
2 sm. pkgs. (3 5/8 oz.) instant chocolate pudding
3 c. milk

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In small bowl combine flour, butter and walnuts. Blend well. Pat mixture into baking pan. Bake 15 minutes. Let cool.

In medium bowl combine cream cheese, confectioners' sugar and one cup of whipped cream. Blend well. Spread evenly onto cooled crust in pan.

In large bowl combine instant pudding and milk. Stir until mixture is smooth. Spread over cream cheese layer in pan. Spread remaining whipped topping over pudding. Chill thoroughly before serving.
