SAVORY GRILLED SOFT-SHELL CRABS 
12 dressed soft-shell blue crabs, fresh or frozen
3/4 c. chopped parsley
1/2 c. melted fat or oil
1 tsp. lemon juice
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. soy sauce
Dash of hot pepper sauce
Lemon wedges

Thaw frozen crabs. Clean, wash and dry crabs. Place crabs in well-greased hinged wire grill. Combine remaining ingredients except lemon wedges. Heat. Baste crabs with sauce. Cook about 4 inches from moderately hot coals for 8 minutes. Baste with sauce. Turn and cook 7 to 10 minutes longer or until lightly browned. Serve with lemon wedges. Makes 6 servings.
